8 Natural Methods for How to Increase Fertility in Women 2

In case one wants to increase fertility in women, then one can adopt natural methods in order to achieve pregnancy. Some of these methods do include maintaining a normal weight, consume a balanced diet, quit smoking and alcohol consumption, and also getting rid of caffeine.

After several failed attempts at getting pregnant, many couples do find it hard to become pregnant. Several factors do affect fertility and cause infertility problems. Sometimes, it does make it difficult to determine which factor is causing a fertility problem. The couples who do face infertility will indeed have to undergo several fertility treatments in order to help them conceive or to get pregnant, while other couples just do need to make some simple lifestyle changes that can directly help boost their fertility. The simple, easy, as well as effective ways, are there to help improve a couple’s chances of conceiving and also to get pregnant.

Simply making some important lifestyle changes

1- Watch your weight:

One should keep a watch on BMI that has been directly linked to increasing fertility in both men and women. This does happen because weight directly affects one’s body’s hormone production and that controls one’s fertility and chances of conceiving. If men are overweight then it may lead to decreased sperm production or lower sperm count in men and decreased frequency and consistency of ovulation in women. This is a helpful tip if one is getting pregnant.

2- Balance one’s diet:

While no research suggests that one specific diet does increase fertility treatment in hyderabad or one specific diet can cure infertility but a balanced diet does promote overall health, including reproductive health and fertility. What one should avoid is sugar and other carbohydrates, as well as fatty or fried foods or junk food. One needs to start a healthy diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, lean meat protein, and add healthy fats (such as omega-3 and omega-9 fats).

It is important to stay active and also maintain a healthy weight and BMI. In men, moderate exercise or active yoga can help produce enzymes that do help to protect sperm and maintain the good health of sperms. This helps to get pregnant.

4- Avoid exposure to sexually transmitted infections (STIs):

STIs or STD’s, especially chlamydia and gonorrhea, can indeed cause severe infertility in both women and men. Both of these STIs and STD’s can do occasionally present asymptomatically (without warning signs), so without delaying one needs to plan a visit to STD and STI screening before one stops making use of using condoms and contraception when one plans to conceive or have a baby.

5- Quit smoking:

Use of tobacco and cigarettes happens to be another leading cause of infertility amongst both men and women. Women who do smoke have a high risk of aging their ovaries and depleting their eggs prematurely. In men, smoking vastly effects and also reduces sperm counts and decreased sperm mobility.

6- Reduce your alcohol consumption:

Alcohol is rather directly linked to the rising fertility complications in both women and men. Regular heavy drinking can indeed cause ovulation and infertility  in women, making it worse to pinpoint whether one is fertile or not.

In men, regular heavy drinking is indeed directly linked with lower levels of testosterone that does indeed lead to decreased sperm counts and even impotence. This is a good way to get pregnant.

7- Cut out caffeine:

Consuming too much caffeine is indeed directly linked to fertility problems, especially among women. Experts in family planning do indeed suggest that those women who are indeed trying to become pregnant or rather trying to conceive and need to limit their intake of caffeine on a daily basis.

8. Using an Optimal Timing Method

One needs to track one’s cervical secretions on a calendar: Women can track their body temperatures and also make required changes that come in cervical mucus to find out when they are most fertile or to track their fertility period.

Check the mucus when one’s urinating:

This is one of the easiest ways to check one’s fertile days, is to wipe using toilet tissue before urinating first thing in the morning. This happens to be a major factor to get pregnant.
