Azoospermia -Causes, Diagnosis and Treatment

Azoospermia -Causes, Diagnosis and Treatment

Azoospermia needs proper treatment and this can be had in best infertility clinics in Hyderabad. Being childless can make couples very unhappy due to male infertility.

Infertility is a problem faced by men as well. It does worry them a lot. They also need to undergo required tests in the best clinics in Hyderabad and get themselves properly examined for their fertility deficiency. Women alone are not to be blamed for a couple being childless. Even men need to be properly examined for their sperm count.

Azoospermia is acknowledged as the complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate.

In humans, Azoospermia does affect about 1% of the male population and maybe also be seen in up to 20% of male infertility situations. In testicular Azoospermia the testes are abnormal, atrophic, or absent, and sperm production is severely disturbed to absent. Patients can indeed visit the best infertility clinics in Hyderabad

FSH levels tend to be elevated (hypergonadotropic) as the feedback loop is interrupted. The condition is seen in 49-93% of men with Azoospermia.

The diagnosis of Azoospermia will be established on the basis of two semen analysis evaluations done at separate occasions; this will be followed by detailed history being taken, physical examination and investigations. History does include general health, sexual health, past fertility, libido, sexual activity and previous exposure to surgery, drugs, mumps infection as well as irradiation.

Physical examination does include genital and local examination for the detection of signs of Klinefelter syndrome, testicular atrophy, absence of vas. Investigations include serum FSH, LH, karyotyping and testosterone levels, and may include a testicular biopsy or transrectal ultrasound if indicated (Low levels of LH and FSH with low or normal testosterone levels are indicative of pre-testicular problems, while high levels of gonadotropins do indicate testicular problems. However, often this distinction is not clear and the differentiation between obstructive versus non-obstructive Azoospermia may rather require a testicular biopsy). Facilities are available in the best infertility clinics in Hyderabad.

Test: 80 000 000 ml of stem cells prepared according to GMP rules will be injected intravenously and into the testis. (elevation of testosterone levels, decreasing of FSH, LH and Prolactine Levels); Testicular Size (increased size); and Sexual Potency (increased sexual potency).

One of the most exciting potential approaches happens to be stem cell therapy — cells that do exist throughout the body and can rather create the components, including tissues and blood cells. That could help men who cannot really produce sperm. In humans, there is required data from the lab showing the creation of sperm-like cells from stem cells, a crucial step in the research. Such tests are conducted in the best infertility clinics in Hyderabad.

These days specialized treatments are available to deal with infertility among men and women. It is better for both the partners to get themselves examined and treated in case of any lacking in fertility health.

Being childless can be very traumatic indeed. After marriage couples like to have children and thus set-up their own family unit. In case, they remain childless they feel lacking and therefore they need to seek medical help as to how they can become parents.
