If planning for a fast pregnancy, then it is advisable to consume natural fertility boosters which have indeed shown excellent results in the form of pregnancy. Some of the natural fertility boosters do include fresh organic foods, low-fat proteins, as well as staying hydrated.

Diet Tips for Boosting Fertility

  • The most important tip for a healthier lifestyle is to be able to follow a natural diet rich in whole grains, fresh organic fruits, and vegetables, and
  • Low-fat protein such as poultry without the skin, fish (not swordfish or tuna which has high toxin content), nuts, eggs, legumes and beans, and low-fat hormone-free dairy products. Do avoid processed and fried food, hydrogenated oils, caffeine, alcohol, and refined flour as well as sugar.
  • Staying hydrated is also important, so drink at least six to eight glasses of water every day. This will rather provide energy and keep the toxins out of the system. Ivf pregnancy precautions are also equally important.
  • Since it is hard to eat a balanced diet all the time, a good natural multivitamin supplement does become crucial for fertility enhancement. Many prescribed pre-natal vitamins are synthetic and are not as good as natural vitamins.
  • In addition to the multivitamin and folic acid, a B-complex vitamin is also recommended as B12 is one of the nutrients that can indeed help protect against miscarriage.
  • Other important supplements are Vitamin-E, which does keep hormone-secreting glands healthy, Vitamin-C, for a healthy immune system, and zinc for healthy hormone production. 
  • High FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone): The problem of high FSH can be indeed be addressed nutritionally. It is necessary to go in for a healthier diet as well as exercise programs and practice stress management techniques.
  • Luteal Phase Defect: A luteal phase defect does imply altered hormonal secretions, which do lead to no ovulation or low progesterone. The herb Vitex does help the body naturally produce more progesterone.
  • Greater than normal risk of miscarriage: The devastating possibility of miscarriage is there among some couples. Vitamin deficiency, particularly of B12 as well as a hereditary lack of enzyme G6PD can be a possible cause. By taking basic nutrients, the chances of miscarriage can be lessened.
