How long is the IVF process start to finish?

How long is the IVF process start to finish?

IVF process is a procedure meant to help a woman conceive via artificial insemination. The couple can undergo the best IVF treatment in Hyderabad at the best IVF center in Hyderabad.

IVF helps a female conceive via the use of artificial insemination in case pregnancy does not occur via the natural reproductive process.

In the IVF process, the eggs, as well as the sperms, are combined in the laboratory dish and then fertilized. The whole process is monitored by experts. Once the fertilization gets over, then the embryos have to be formed within 2 to 4 days. Once the embryos reach the blastocyst stage they become mature to be transferred. Then, the embryos are implanted in the female’s uterus for the baby’s formation in the womb.

Couples can think of the best IVF treatment in Hyderabad and make it a point to visit the best IVF center in Hyderabad.

Steps of the IVF process

Step 1: – Starting from the beginning day of the regular period

IVF treatment can begin with the first day of the regular IVF cycle when the medications and other treatment processes start from day 1 for the female partner.

Step 2: – Stimulation of the ovaries stage

The stimulation of the woman’s ovaries may begin on the first day of the regular period cycle of the menstrual cycle, whereby during the natural process of this cycle a woman may ovulate a single egg. Of course with the usage of fertility medications, a woman needs to produce more and more eggs and the medications process will indeed take about 10 to 15 days for the completion of the process keeping in line with the IVF treatment.

Step 3: – Egg Retrieval Process

The egg retrieval or even eggs picking up process is to follow next towards IVF treatment which will ensure that the treatment is very customized and the egg gets hidden inside a fluid type of substance that the eggs should not be noticed by the normal person who is not medically qualified. Why so? The eggs should not be seen with the naked eyes and experts need to remove the fluid and use eggs for further fertilization. For the egg retrieval process, the fertility experts need to use a thin needle that has to be inserted inside the ovaries of the female via the eggs that need to be extracted out of the female’s body. Also, the eggs to be extracted need to be about 8 to 10.

Step 4: – The sperms extraction process

The sperms need to be extracted in case of the donor’s sperms are being used. In case, the male partner’s sperms are made use of then the sperms need to be given to the lab assistant on the same day when the egg retrieval process takes place. This should be done when the sperms are prepared by the lab assistant for the completion of the further fertilization process.

Step 5: – Fertilization Process

The process of fertilization is an additional step to be followed as the eggs and sperms are then combined in the laboratory dish and the fertilization process does take place similar to fertilization outside the body much similar to the reproduction that takes place inside the female’s body when the female’s eggs and male’s sperms are then mixed inside the female’s body and the baby needs to be formed naturally similar to artificial insemination. Here, the fertilization has to occur within the laboratory dish by combining f both the eggs as well as the sperms as a component and the embryo thus formed with the usage of the same and fertilization process needs to be done with.

Step 6: – Embryo Development and Implantation

Embryo growth and development need to be carried out to get the embryos for monitoring purposes by the specialist. Then, the embryos need to be observed for about 5 days maximum and then transferred in the female’s uterus successful results of positive pregnancy.

Step 7: – Pregnancy testing

The final stage of the IVF process is the testing of the pregnancy. If results are positive then IVF treatment is a success and vice versa.
