Most Embarrassing Pregnancy Symptoms

Most Embarrassing Pregnancy Symptoms

Pregnancy can cause distressful symptoms which are embarrassing also such as belly hair. Pregnancy precautions need to be taken. IVF specialists in Hyderabad provide such information.

One is familiar with the belly expanding. One does feel more tired than usual and does throw up a few times as the pregnancy progresses. Yet, one may not have known other physical changes that occur due to pregnancy which can cause much embarrassment. Pregnancy precautions need to be adhered to.

Most Embarrassing Pregnancy Symptoms

Often when a woman gets pregnant her body has extra hair growth on the belly and she belches and suffers from constipation, increased vaginal discharge, and hemorrhoids, to name a few. These symptoms can be distressing and cause social embarrassment. Ivf specialist in Hyderabad can provide much insight into such issues related to pregnancy.

1. Excess Gas

Virtually every pregnant woman tends to get gassy. This so as pregnancy does bring a hormonal surge that can slow down one’s gastrointestinal tract. On tends to worry about it. It is not possible to get rid of the problem, but one can reduce the tendency toward gassiness with exercise and make changes to one’s diet.

“Exercise does help increase the motility of the GI tract, thus allowing food to move through faster. Some foods are indeed more likely to produce gas, so it is better to avoid them completely: carbonated drinks, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and dried fruit.

Dairy products can also cause GI distress during pregnancy, and lead to flatulence. Several women do start drinking milk every day during pregnancy and think it is rather good for them. One can try out lactose-free milk or other calcium-rich foods in case one is lactose intolerant.

2. Stress incontinence

Many people have heard stories about pregnant women sneezing and accidentally emptying their bladders while standing among friends or co-workers. Most pregnant women who experience such stress incontinence — involuntarily leaking urine on account of a jarring cough, sneeze, or laugh — only lose a few drops. But it can be embarrassing.

Many doctors do recommend that women wear panty liners to catch leaks during the last few months of pregnancy when stress incontinence is more likely. Regular trips to the bathroom can also help.

As the baby ends to grow and the uterus enlarges, the baby does end up sitting right on top of the bladder. To get over this problem, it is advisable to make a conscious effort to empty the bladder every two hours, even if there is a feeling of not having to pass urine. This helps to avoid the chances of a leak.  It is good to take pregnancy precautions.

3. Facial Hair

During pregnancy, hormones are responsible for hair growth in unwanted places. Hair starts growing on breasts, abdomen, and face causing much distress. Ivf specialist in Hyderabad can deal with this health issue.

4. Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids do occur during pregnancy. They occur on account of constipation and the straining that does ensue while trying to have a bowel movement. It is a known fact that constipation is one of the most common complaints in reducing the risk of developing hemorrhoids by avoiding constipation. Stay well-hydrated, eat more fiber, and use over-the-counter stool softeners. Precautions need to be taken into consideration for getting relief from distressful symptoms.
